Tejashwi Yadav has already suffered a major setback in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Only two phases of elections have been held so far, while five phases of elections are yet to be held. Meanwhile, former MP Ramakishore Singh alias Rama Singh has left Rashtriya Janata Dal and joined Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas). Rama Singh along with thousands of his workers resigned from RJD on April 30 and joined Chirag Paswan’s party LJP Ram Vilas.

After resigning from Rashtriya Janata Dal, late in the evening of May 01, he joined Chirag Paswan’s party along with thousands of his supporters in the auditorium located in Hajipur Industrial Area. Ramakishore Singh alias Rama Singh won the elections from Vaishali Lok Sabha seat in 2014 by contesting on Lok Janshakti Party ticket and was elected MP.

In the 2014 elections, LJP’s Ramakishore Singh got three lakh five thousand four hundred fifty votes. RJD’s Dr. Raghuvansh Prasad had received 2 lakh 6 thousand 183 votes. In this way, the victory margin of Ramakishore Singh in this election was 99 thousand 267. The Modi wave of 2014 broke the equation of Rajputs in Vaishali Lok Sabha and defeated Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, the sitting MP from Rashtriya Janata Dal. Rama Singh was angry with RJD for not getting ticket from India Alliance in Lok Sabha 2024. Chirag Paswan said that Ram Kishore alias Rama Singh had been living with his father since the inception of the party. Today he would be happy wherever his father is. Chirag Paswan said that the party will get more strength after the return of Ram Singh to the party.
